Choosing your Marriage Celebrant takes time, energy and thought. The memories of this special day you are both planning, will remain with you forever.
Traditional Wedding Ceremonies remain very popular with most couples.
You should always choose the Ceremony that best suits your separate personalities and ideals. I will advise and guide you to the Ceremony that will remain 'your special dream' forever.
On your first visit, I will provide you with a 'Marriage package' containing a variety of information and different Wedding Ceremonies from which to choose.
Ian was a NSW Police Officer for 30 years retiring in 1990. During that lengthy service, Ian was 'the official spokesperson' for the Police Force, appearing regularly on National Radio, TV and Public Forums.
His reason for becoming a Civil Celebrant was as a result of his experiences with people of all cultural backgrounds that he met as a Police Officer, seeking guidance with their own and their families lives - (Birth, Marriage, Death).
Ian is an active surf lifesaver in Sydney as well as a stillwater/surf boat rower.
Ian was sworn in as a Justice of the Peace for NSW in 1976. His appointment by the Federal Attorney-General as a Marriage Celebrant was made in 1994.
Ian is an authorised Marriage/Funeral Celebrant, and a Member of both the Australian Federation of Civil Celebrants (AFCC) and the Association of Authorised Marriage Celebrants Australia Inc. (AMC).
Ian now provides a professional service to interested persons as an authorised Civil Celebrant.

Hi Ian,
Thankyou for being the best Celebrant we could have asked for. You took the time before our big day to listen and understand what we wanted out of the ceremony and what sort of atmosphere we were looking for. The ceremony was exactly as we wanted. It was easy-going, friendly and relaxed. (most importantly for us, it was quick!)
Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the day and commented on how nice the ceremony was.
Thanks again for all you did,
Regards, Elliot and Elizabeth Black |

Dear Ian,
We wanted to say thank you so much for the wonderful job you did at our wedding (2 Jan).
Even leading up to the day, we must commend you on your professionalism. Planning the wedding from London was tough, but you made the process much easier for us by being easily contactable and very prompt with your responses. It was a real pleasure to speak to you and you made us feel very comfortable that the choice we made in you was the right one.
The Ceremony itself was exactly what we had envisioned. You welcomed our request to incorporate a special ceremony and readings into our service which made it a much more special and personal experience. You made everyone involved with the ceremony feel at ease which made the ceremony go smoothly which was much appreciated. The atmosphere during the ceremony was fun and relaxed (which was great for the nervous bride and groom!) but at the same time the significance was not lost, which was exactly what we wanted. Our family and friends commented on the lovely ceremony!
Thanks again and best regards,
Clarina and Graham Talbot |
